Safe Zones is a student run peer education organization dedicated to the advancing the campus conversation regarding LGBT issues. Safe Zones Educators dedicate themselves to forming a network of allies who will be knowledgeable in these issues and show support for the LGBT community.

Sexual Assault and Rape Anonymous Hotline

S.A.R.A.H. is a 24 hour/day, 7 days/week helpline that offers counseling, resources, and referrals on rape, sexual assault, abuse, relationships and more. S.A.R.A.H. is completely student-run, anonymous, confidential, and open to all members of the Washington University community.

Uncle Joe's Peer Counseling Service

Uncle Joe's is a student-run, free, and confidential peer counseling service available to the entire University community.  All counselors receive 80 hours of intense training and have access to numerous and extensive resources. Call 24 hours/day, 7 days/week to page a peer counselor.  Uncle Joe's Office - located in the basement of Gregg House - is staffed for walk-in hours 7 days/week, between 10pm and 1am.
